Lady Du's "Underrated" EP is ready; view the artwork and the release date

Lady Du's

Currently, Lady Du is working on the launch of "Underrated," which will be her second studio album. This will come after the release of Song is Queen, which was Lady Du's debut album in 2023.

Whenever it comes to the introduction of Amapiano anthems, Lady Du has been a consistent presence. It's possible that she has generated more catchy singles than her peers, but she has only made one album that's available in its whole. On the other hand, things are about to change in the near future as the singer is getting set to record her second album.

There is no detail that Lady Du does not pay attention to when it comes to writing musical compositions. The Amapiano community originally took notice of the singer and vocalist when they worked together on the album Umsebenzi Wethu, which was released in 2020. Busta 929, Mpura, Mr. JazziQ, Zuma, and Reece Madlisa took part in the collaboration.

Following the release of his popular singles "uZuma Yi Star" and "Woza" starring Mr. JazziQ, Kabza De Small, and Boohle the following year, she has been slowly climbing the ranks of stardom ever since.

It was only recently announced that she is now in the process of recording her second studio album, which is titled Underrated. This statement further solidifies her standing in the music business.

With the assistance of the pre-release tune "NGWENYA" featuring Nkosazana Daughter, her album Underrated is scheduled to be published on May 17, 2024, which is also the day that she celebrates her birthday.

Aymos, Nkosazana Daughter, Professor, T-Man SA, Dinky Kunene, Ntokzin, and Shino kikai are some of the artists whose performances are scheduled to be featured on the next album. This particular project will be a part of the Amapiano arena when it is released on May 17th.
