One of our favorite things to do is select mixes that best suit each listener's mood as we prepare to march down the weekend. Today, we bring you one such tape, compiled by Lowbass Djy and titled "Sgidongo Series Promo Mix."

Kabza De Small is to Amapiano as Lowbass Djy is to Sgidongo. For those unfamiliar with the term, Sgidongo is a new branch of Amapiano that combines powerful chords and synths with dope classic Kwaito/Barcadi parts and flairs. While it has only a few dedicated fans, the sub-genre is progressively carving out a position in the Amapiano sound, and we are here for it.
